I film marathon challenges, ultra running and running brand films.
I am Matt Stone, a UK videographer and an ultra runner myself. I filmed Spencer Matthews' Great Desert Challenge, a Guinness World Record attempt at the most consecutive marathon distances completed on sand in one month. We lived in the Wadi Rum desert in Jordan for 30 days, and it raised £511,000 for charity.
In Bolivia I filmed Josh Patterson's Guinness World Record for the highest-altitude marathon, finishing at 6,008 metres on the summit of Uturuncu. With Imo Boddy I filmed almost 700 km of running between the national Three Peaks.
I have worked with running brands including Salomon, Hoka, New Balance and SportsShoes. My marathon work is challenges, record attempts and brand films, filmed with the team from start to finish.
